Shipping policy
When will your order be shipped? As soon as we can get it packed and out the door! Most of the time, that will be within 2 days, but please allow up to 3 business days to receive notification that it's on its way.
On rare occasion, we may need to backorder a product because we unexpectedly ran out of supplies and are waiting for them to be replenished. If that should occur, we will notify you promptly and give you an ETA on the actual shipment as well as alternatives if you decide not to wait.
For Deliveries in the United States (and its Territories)
- Method: Most of the time, shipments will be sent via UPS Ground or USPS priority service. However, if a larger order is made, alternative shipping methods may be used, and we will let you know.
- Notification: Once the order is packed and a label is printed, you should receive an automated notification providing you a tracking number as well as notice that it has been packed and is about to be shipped. If you do not receive this email within 3 days of your order, please check your spam folder.
- Tracking: Your tracking number will be provided in the email notification. If the email simply can't be found, send us a note to info@e-zcraft.com along with an order number. We will look it up for you and send a reply.
- Rates: When you complete your order, you have the ability to choose your shipping rate, shipping speed and carrier
For International Orders
Please contact us at info@e-zcraft.com before committing to a purchase so that we can properly quote a shipping rate. Some countries require customs, while some countries we can't even ship to at all! It gets complicated, so it's best to contact us for the details.
