Refund Policy
We want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, you may return the item for a refund on the purchase price excluding applicable shipping and service charges. ** Please also note the following:
- Please notify us prior to returning the item, please do not decline your delivery without notifying us.
- SALE items or special order items are all final sale.
- Item must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
- Item must be in same condition that it was received with all packing materials intact.
- A copy of our invoice must be enclosed or you must confirm your order number.
- Shipping fees for returned items are the expense of the buyer and will not be refunded.
- A re-Stocking fee of 10% will apply and will be withheld at the time of your refund.
- Refunds will be credited through the payment method used.
**Service charges may include fees for credit card purchases.
